Product Conditions is a feature in Beachy that allows you to set up conditional questions that relate to specific products you rent. Any conditions created will be enforced when booking that product in the management suite, the attendant mobile app, and via consumers on our web booking engine. There are two types of conditions that can be created.
Checkbox conditions
These conditions are to be used when you want your customer to check a box to acknowledge a statement or indicate a simple yes or no response.
Option list conditions
These conditions are to be used when you need your customer to choose an answer from a list of options.
Below is a screenshot showing an example of the setup of each type of condition.

You can make product conditions required or not. Required means the condition must have an answer in order to complete the booking. So for instance, if you set up a checkbox type condition that asks "Will the attendee be accompanied by parents?", then that checkbox must be checked in order to complete the booking.
Note that product conditions do not affect the price of your product.
