Using the Dashboard

*Please note, in early 2021 we will be integrating Looker into the management suite for reporting.

The Dashboard is designed to give you an overview of revenue, sales by product, and attendant sales in real-time.Over time, this data will assist in predictive analysis for your locations at a glance.  If you want to see how busy a location was on a certain date or range last year, to properly staff, you can accomplish with a few clicks.

 1)  The revenue boxes show the item totals for card, cash, room charge, and tips for either all or select destinations.

2) The graph below revenue shows the time stamp of orders by destination.

3) You can filter this dashboard with the gear icon in the top right corner.  This allows you to view data for a certain date or date range for a particular destination.

4) Sales by Attendant tracks the real-time revenue collected per attendant.

5) Beach Stats show the percentage of rentals at a particular destination compared to the amount of inventory assigned.  (Note: In order to view beach stats, you are required to filter for a particular destination.)

7) The Sales by Product follows the source of revenue at the product level.
